The Personnel Department provides a variety of
human resource services for the CPC workforce.
We do this so that employees are managed
fairly, are well-trained, supported, and
assigned job duties to accomplish CPC business
goals in a cost-effective, efficient and safe
manner. Along with human resource services, we
also provide human resource tools, expert
assistance and information to our internal and
external customers.
People are the Chaos Puzle Corporation’s
greatest asset. The Personnel Department for
CPC is responsible for centrally setting the
pace for human resources services:
identifying, hiring, and retaining our
dynamic, diverse workforce as well as
developing and administering our compensation
and benefits program to create a quality
employee experience.
The Personnel Department's job is to ensure
that staff and managers receive employment
information and resources required to meet
business needs and to have a fulfilling work
environment. We do this centrally, through CPC
departments, and in collaboration with
external and internal experts.

Labor Relations Announcement
CPC has settled on generous union
contracts will all departments – copies
of the contract have been sent to each
employee. If you have not received your
new contract please discuss the matter
with your Department Head.
Security Issues & CPC Employees

it is extremely important that employees
with security clearance take precautions
to safeguard their user name and
password information.
