to promote puzzle design to government, |

corporations, the media and the
public.

The Public Relations Department is
responsible for:

Writing, editing, designing and
overseeing production and distribution
of all CPC publications.

Content management for the CPC website
as well as providing production
assistance in layout and design.

Providing advice and counsel to all
CPC divisions on the uses and design
of publications.
-
Responding to news media requests for
information about CPC.
Generating positive publicity locally,
regionally and nationally about CPC
programs through the use of news
releases, pitch letters and personal
cultivation of news media personnel.
Providing news media advice and
counsel to all University divisions,
including spokesperson training and
prepping for interviews.

The CPC Marketing Department is a
resource for all CPC departments that
want to market ideas and puzzles. The
advertising and |
|
marketing coordinator can assist
individual departments with advertising
and marketing strategy, budget
development, creative production and placement
decisions. All departments
marketing ideas should coordinate their
efforts with the Marketing Department so
that CPC is aware of the various
advertising messages being disseminated
and can assure that CPC is able to take
advantage of the best marketing
strategies possible as well as the most
advantageous scheduling.
